'Special Uranian' is a Specialist program designed for use with current Uranian Astrology techniques only, and is not designed for classical astrology or hybrid uranian/classical admixtures still taught by some establishment organizations.

The only authorized distributors of this program are Blake Finley at the Uranian Institute, Ruth Brummund at the School of Uranische Astrologie, and Aureas Software in Paris.  Copies distributed by other sources are not authorized or legitimate, and may not be current or functional -- please contact blake@www.uranian-institute.org if you have encountered such.

NOTE that, as with most computer software, PAYMENTS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE.  We have unfortunately had to state this clearly since people tried the old trick of order-then-complain to get free copies of the program.  To solve this issue, we require that before paying for the program you download the Demo Version to run your own chart, test the functions, and verify it is what you want -- and then proceed with your order.

AFTER YOU SEND PAYMENT, AND BEFORE YOUR ORDER WILL BE COMPLETED, YOU WILL NEED TO RESPOND TO AN EMAIL REQUESTING VERIFICATION THAT YOU UNDERSTAND THAT THE COST IS NON-REFUNDABLE AFTER CODES ARE ISSUED, AND THAT YOU HAVE DOWNLOADED THE DEMO VERSION TO VERIFY THAT THE PROGRAM PROVIDES WHAT YOU EXPECT.  YOUR ORDER WILL NOT BE FURTHER PROCESSED UNTIL YOU ACKNOWLEDGE UNDERSTANDING OF THESE ISSUES.

For the standard non-refundable price, you will download the program over the internet after receiving your personal security codes from us -- ordering and forwarding these codes to you can in some cases require up to 2 weeks to relay to you -- it is not an automatically-dispensed process.

The Special Uranian Program can be purchased with Visa or Master Card via the Paypal system.  If you have problems using Paypal, please e-mail blake@www.uranian-institute.org.  Paypal offers money transfers in most but not all major world currencies.  You may also send a Money Order in US$ from Western Union, or a Cashier's Check US$ from the larger banks that offer foreign currency drafts, and then contact the previous e-mail address for instructions.

You can download the program from the file to a CD and make your own -- if you want a CD from us, there is an extra charge of US$25 for production and handling fees, and delivery may in some cases require up to 5 weeks... please contact blake@www.uranian-institute.org
